It needs Claude Code and the official dreamina CLI for Seedance (logged in, billed in credits); Python scripts submit storyboard frames and video clips in batches. Each project first produces a market scan, an IP brief, a rhythm-map JSON and character, scene and prop bibles, then splits every episode into 36 grids of 4 to 10 seconds, written to 分镜.json and a Seedance batch pack. Scripts follow the "Hongguo 7 must-hit moves", from a 0 to 3 second opening to a countdown at 180 seconds; storyboard frames cost 3 credits each, about 108 credits for 36 frames per episode. Output is locked to 9:16, and the user does the final edit and voice-over in Jianying (CapCut).
