ViMax is a Python application rather than a SKILL.md skill pack; it installs with uv and runs on Linux and Windows. It has three workflows, idea2video, script2video and novel2video; idea2video, for example, generates characters, script, storyboard, a camera tree, keyframes and video clips in turn, then assembles the final video; by default it makes 2 candidates per keyframe and lets a vision model pick one. You need API keys for text, image and video models in a YAML config, and you can drive it from a terminal TUI or from a Web UI that requires Node.js 18.
