The repo is just SKILL.md plus 3 reference docs; git clone it into ~/.codex/skills or ~/.claude/skills. Unless told otherwise it assumes 15 seconds, Seedance, 16:9 and Chinese output, and it accepts plain text, a first frame, first and last frames, storyboard images or movement reference videos, giving each asset a single job. Every character first gets an 8-item movement profile. A separate ultra-fast setting, independent of intensity, turns a 15-second Seedance clip from about 4 time blocks into 5 to 6 blocks of 2 to 3 seconds each. The README is bilingual Chinese and English.
