To install, you paste an instruction block from the README into your agent, which clones the repo and uses doctor.sh to add bl (the Bailian CLI), ffmpeg and uv; Claude Code, Cursor, Qwen Code and others are supported. A run starts by choosing short-drama or narration mode, and the four review gates each open viewer.html; a shot that fails review gets a rewritten prompt and a re-render, and once retries run out it goes back to the director sub-skill. Outputs include the final mp4, per-shot JSON reviews and a log of every model call, and the repo declares no license.
