The 7 skills run in a fixed order from setup to shot-prompt; install them with npx skills add for Claude Code, Codex or OpenCode. studio-init creates folders such as assets, prompts, generations and selects; each shot card has 22 fields, and a character asset is marked locked only after 10 out of 10 test images match. shot-prompt refuses to write while any asset is still a draft, then writes 15 blocks in a fixed order with no negative prompt. The docs are in English, and the repo has no license file.
