The 7 memory files are Markdown, including character profiles, a foreshadowing table, a story bible and a character relationship graph; they are read before each episode and updated after it, and the story bible is refreshed every 5 episodes. Three Python scripts are included: quality_check.py runs 18 per-episode checks, consistency_check.py runs the cross-file checks, and selftest.py runs without calling a model. Storyboards come in horizontal 16:9 or vertical 9:16, with platform settings for Douyin, Youku and Hongguo. demo/ holds the full output of a 6-episode series, and the skill installs into Claude Code, Codex, Copilot or Hermes.
