As of v0.4.0 the repo has become Narrative Harness, a local state-management tool for Chinese novels and scripts; the README's usage example starts a system-genre novel, and the original screenplay templates moved to legacy/. It needs Python 3.10+ and installs into a Codex skills folder via install_skill.py. Writing proceeds through unit prepare, submit, check and accept; declared ability uses deduct resources automatically, and unreviewed candidates cannot be accepted. The README says this round was tested only on Windows. Licensed GPL-3.0-only.
