Nanako0129/sepia

sepia is an agent skill project by Nanako0129 on GitHub: De-AI for fiction: repairs narrative structure and matches style rules to the venue, with methods from the StoryScope paper. It covers review, and its README says it works with Claude Code and Codex. 3.2k stars, last updated 2026-10-15, MIT license.

Editor's notes

It offers four operations, write, review, refactor and recreate, plus a hemingway voice entry; review only diagnoses, and refactor lists every problem first and then fixes them from the deepest layer up. Fiction goes through three passes from narrative architecture down to surface style, with a 30-item diagnostic rubric and only 3 to 5 moves applied per piece; Chinese text also loads a Chinese calibration file. The routing table has no category for screenplays. It installs via npx skills into 77+ agents, has native plugins for Claude Code, Codex and others, and the docs come in English plus Simplified and Traditional Chinese.
