All rules live in a single SKILL.md, which can also be pasted whole into Doubao or DeepSeek, and a /manju slash command is included. Ten steps produce a rewrite, a first-person script, character cards with voice settings, character and scene prompts, turnaround sheets and a storyboard, ending with the MiniMax H3 Ref2VA six-block template at 4–15 s and 2–4 shots per segment. It waits for user confirmation of the character cards and the scene list, and after each step checks the output against the source for dropped plot. It outputs prompt text only; images need a separate tool such as Dreamina, Midjourney or SD. Licensed CC0.
