It first locks duration, aspect ratio and deliverable, lists each asset's role, active time, what to keep and what not to inherit, then picks one of 8 primary modes to write a director brief, script, diagnosis or prompt, covering 4–30 s standard clips and 30–180 s Long Video. With no duration given it defaults to 15 s and 16:9, labeled as supplied defaults. A character reference image locks the whole visible person, including wardrobe and accessories, but not the background or pose. It installs with npx skills, the README uses Codex as the example, and it never calls a generation API or spends credits.
