Uses the generic Agent Skills format: clone it into a skills folder or install with hermes skills install; the README marks it as in development. The default pipeline has 8+1 phases, each reviewed by the Director role for at most 2 rounds; the Phase 7 HTML storyboard is the only final sign-off, and Phase 7.5 then compiles six-part Seedance 2.0 prompts, arkcli commands and a cost estimate. 25 of the 38 cases are commercials, and none of the 4 scene templates targets short drama.
