A Chinese-language Codex skill: git clone it into ~/.codex/skills and call $novel-to-ai-short-drama. You must supply the novel text and a per-episode runtime; without a runtime it asks and stops, and multi-episode work also needs a total episode count or adaptation range. Aspect ratio defaults to 9:16 vertical. It first builds a source-fact ledger and a duration ledger, then writes the shot-by-shot script, and the shot durations must add up exactly to the target. The examples folder compares plain script conversion with the skill's directed output for werewolf, domineering-CEO and campus stories.
