编者说明
单个技能，用 npx skills add 安装，或把 skills/h3-storyboard 复制进 .claude/skills；README 为英文，SKILL.md 为繁体中文。核心规则来自作者的对照实验：一个 7 秒特写塞 9 个表情节拍时 PSNR 为 37–42 dB，脸几乎不动，拆成三个 2–3 秒镜头后降到 22–23 dB。SOURCES.md 给每条规则标注验证程度。它只管拆镜和表演，提示词语法和 ComfyUI 配置交给另一个 minimax-h3 技能。
