用 git clone 放到 ~/.claude/skills/cinematic-director 即可使用，当前版本 2.1.0。SKILL.md 按路由表只加载当前请求需要的参考文件，完整流程 13 步，输出模式从 A 到 J，涵盖节拍表、导演手册、镜头表、声音计划和剪辑时间线。导演风格现有 20 种，每种带一段覆盖默认值的 YAML 参数；生成失败按 F1 至 F19 编码诊断。默认 16:9，用户提到抖音或短视频时改为 9:16，文档面向一般影视与 AI 视频。
